Parking at The Round

We have outlined all the parking options below – for visitors and tenants – so you will find plenty of parking at The Round. The Round is not a Park-and-Ride Facility for Tri-Met/Max users. Please see below for Park-and-Ride options in the area.

 

The Round Parking Garage

The parking garage has almost 400 spaces and is located at 12655 SW Millikan Way, between the two office buildings. The entrance is easy to find between Watson Avenue and Rose Biggi Avenue. This lot is open to employees, tenants and visitors of The Round.

 

Parking Lots

Crescent / Rose Biggi Lot – This lot is for retail visitor parking with a 3-hour maximum.

Watson Lot – This lot is for office tenants and visitor parking.

Beaverdam Lot – This is a temporary lot for tenants of The Round. A permit is required at all times.

Please do not park in other private parking lots adjacent to The Round.

 

Street Parking

For additional parking options, there are some reserved visitors and tenant angled parking spaces along the south side of Crescent Street. Additional 2-hour and short-term parallel parking and loading zones are available along various sections of Rose Biggi Avenue, Millikan Way, Thayer Lane, Crescent Street, Watson Avenue, and Westgate Drive.

 

TriMet Parking

There are no park-and-ride spaces for Trimet/MAX riders at The Round. The Millikan Way Station provides Park & Ride options and is located just a few blocks west of The Round, at SW Millikan Way and 141st/Shannon Place, Beaverton. It is open all days with approximately 400 parking spaces, and you can park your car here for up to 24 hrs while riding Trimet/Max.
